CLAIRE'S MINDFUL RITUALS; CLEANSING & DAILY PRACTICES

Cleansing meal plan
Cleanse smoothie for breakfast and dinner and eat Kitchari for lunch

Cleanse Smoothie
Smoothie Ingredients - Chia, Flax and Sunflower seeds, spinach, blueberries, 2 drops liquid stevia, rice milk, ginger, lemon

Interim Fasting
Spacing out the fasting further and further each day and until by 4th day complete a 24 hour fast

Supplements
Start morning with hot water and lemon followed by taking daily supplements : VIDA GLOW - Marine Collagen Supplements followed by Ashwagandha, Turmeric, Vitamin C and Magnesium

Coffee
Reishi Mushroom and Lionsmane coffee iced with a dash of almond milk

Hydration
3L water per day | Herbal teas – Tulsi tea throughout the day

Meditation
Meditation 20 mins every day with cold showers before starting the day

Exercise
Swim in the ocean 4 days a week Exercise every day for mental health

Maintaining an Alkaline Body

Ingredients

Serves 2.

  • 1 green apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 2 sachets Vida Glow Original Collagen
  • Method

    1.) Combine all ingredients in a high power blender, blend until smooth.
