P.E Nation x Hot Pilates
P.E Nation and Hot Pilates hosted a special workout event on the La Vista Terrace at The Miami Beach Edition Hotel. The morning focused on a holistic approach to wellbeing, with a fresh summer breakfast following a total body workout led by Hot Pilates founder Shannon Nadj.
The Hot Pilates Method
A go-to trainer for clients including Kendall Jenner, Sofia Richie, Hailey Bieber, Selena Gomez and Shanina Shaik, Shannon opened the Hot Pilates Studio in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, in 2014. Each Hot Pilates session delivers a blend of yoga and Pilates movements, for a 50-minute high intensity workout in 35-degree (95 Fahrenheit) infrared heat.
"One of my mantras is 'Progress, not perfection'," says Shannon. "I want everyone to feel good for completing a session, rather than depleted and defeated. In every class, we work as a community, so there might be 30 of us and we're all pushing through it together. I want everyone to feel happy for doing the best they can do, and then come back and try to do better the next day. We all deserve to feel strong and powerful."
The studio has also launched Hot Pilates On Demand, a digital platform providing daily classes, fitness and nutrition advice to tap into from anywhere. "It's a global community of like-minded individuals for workouts, guided meditations, health conversations with leaders across the wellness space, and more."
Held on the La Vista Terrace at the Edition Hotel, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the P.E Nation and Hot Pilates event incorporated a workout that focused on toning and sculpting, core strength and posture, while also tapping into the mind-body connection. Guests included Yovanna Ventura, Carolina Silva, Racquel Natasha, Carolina Lindo and Iman Hasan.
P.E Nation and Hot Pilates are offering P.E Nation customers a 1-month pass to enjoy the Hot Pilates On Demand platform. Complete an order at pe-nation.com during the month of June to participate in the offer.
